Subject: Fire evacuation procedures
Hello everyone
A fire drill was recently acted upon as per company policy and was met with mixed results. We hope that the following instructions will clear up any confusion as to Fire drill procedures.
1.All staff must leave the building when the alarm goes off.
2.Any form of exit to the car park must be clear of any obstacles at all times, especially the emergency exit which was cluttered during the drill.
3. The assembly point is the main car park.
4.Once you have assembled at the car park, you are not to leave until given the all clear.
We hope that these instructions have cleared up any confusion regarding fire evacuation procedures and we hope it will go far better than it did earlier this week.
Cheers

I hope you guys enjoyed this post and I will see you all in the next one bye bye
Looks good Casey!
ReplyDeleteInstead of 'acted upon', perhaps 'held' is a bit clearer.
Fire should have a lowercase F in the first paragraph.
Check your spacing after each number -- make sure it's consistent.
Your tone and vocabulary choice fit the audience and purpose.
Your grammar, spelling and other surface features are great.
Ka rawe :)
