External correspondence practice

Hey guys it is Casey back here again with yet another post where today I am in English with a letter regarding a customer complaint. Basically I have had to write a letter in response to a customer complain and this is what I have made so I hope you all enjoy.

Dear Mr Sampson

Thank you for your email on (3rd May 2016). We are very sorry for the way you were treated by our staff.

We do not accept this behavior from our staff. The staff member in question has been given a formal warning because of this. They have also been given further customer service training to help prevent this from happening in the future.

Included with this letter is a $50 voucher that can be spent in any department of our store. We hope that you consider shopping with us again in the future.
