Hey guy it is Casey back here again with yet another post where today more Gymnastics but this time I got to use the trampoline and the parallel bars but I had to jump up on the parallel bars with my arms straight and in the air but I am not very strong at all so I could only do it with my elbows so yeah but I did get to use a trampoline as you do in gymnastics where I needed to jump high in the air land on my rear end then do a 180 degree spin followed by another landing on my butt which did not really go so well because I could really only make it half way round but anyway that is it for me so please be sure to leave a comment share this with your family and friends and I will see you guys in the next post bye bye
